Favorite typeface:
This changes almost daily, but one of my all-time favorites is Optima.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A marine biologist. Then I almost threw up during frog dissection in high school biology class, and realized I wasn't really a science person.

What are your thoughts of judging a book by its cover?
Wait, is there another way?

What are you in search of?
Dark chocolate Twix bars. I had one once, and it was delicious, but I've never seen them again.

If you could choose one special power, what would it be?
I wish I could make food magically appear out of nowhere, because I love to eat but I hate to cook.

In your handwriting, what do you capitalize?
Depends on whether I'm writing in English or in German.

Lincoln Logs or Legos?
Definitely Legos. Lincoln Logs are really quite limiting, when you think about it.
Jenni Miehle
Graphic Designer

Jenni Miehle joined Moonlight Creative Group as a graphic designer in 2007.

A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jenni relocated to Charlotte in 2005 to be closer to family. Jenni earned an undergraduate degree in German from the University of Illinois where she was a Chancellor’s Scholar and also studied abroad in Germany for a month. Jenni always knew that she wanted to be a graphic designer, so after college she went on to earn a Master of Design in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to joining Moonlight Creative Group, Miehle worked as a graphic designer for DMR Architecture where she designed marketing pieces, informational documents and signage.

When she is not designing projects for clients, Jenni pursues her passion for photography combined with her newest hobby — whitewater kayaking. In fact, she spends most of her weekends traveling around western North Carolina to paddle, photograph, and camp with a group of kayakers from Charlotte.

She is also a member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA).
